We accept returns for online orders within 14 days from purchase. Given he merchandise is in its original condition, with tags attached, unwash, unworn.

We can only accept refunds previous the approval or customisation or order by the “customer”.
We cannot accept a refund on customised or made to order items after they have been made. All orders will require a written confirmation and approval by the customer before confection.
We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express credit and debit cards. You can also pay via Paypal. All payments are processed though a secure checkout system provided by Woocomerce.
You can exchange your item for a different colour or size, depending on availability. Get in touch with is via email at [email protected] if the item of “choice” is not available. We will do our best to get hold of the item if available somewhere else.
