What is Enie’s return policy for online orders?

We accept returns for online orders within 14 days from purchase.  Given he merchandise is in its original condition, with tags attached, unwash, unworn.

What is Enie’s return policy on customised and/or made to order items?

We can only accept refunds previous the approval or customisation or order by the “customer”. 

We cannot accept a refund on customised or made to order items after they have been made. All orders will require a written confirmation and approval by the customer before confection. 

What payment methods does Enie accepts and is it safe to use my credit card online?

We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express credit and debit cards. You can also pay via Paypal. All payments are processed though a secure checkout system provided by Woocomerce. 

Can I exchange my item for a different colour or size?

You can exchange your item for a different colour or size, depending on availability. Get in touch with is via email at [email protected]  if the item of “choice” is not available. We will do our best to get hold of the item if available somewhere else.

What personal information does Enie’s keep?

We only store the information that you provide us in your profile and/or check out. 

We use it to guarantee the correct delivery of your purchases and to improve your experience with us. You can edit or delete your information at any time by logging into your profile or by sending us a request to delete your data at [email protected]
